How to Check Binance HODLer Airdrops: Where They Land, Why You Didn't Get One, FAQ
On this page
Binance HODLer Airdrops don't need to be claimed. If your BNB was in an eligible Simple Earn product during the snapshot, the airdrop is sent to your spot wallet automatically before the token lists. Many people go looking for a "claim" page and end up on a fake airdrop site. This guide explains where to check, the usual reasons an airdrop is missing, and how to make sure you catch the next one.
We have tracked 4 HODLer Airdrops — see the HODLer Airdrops history, and the HODLer Airdrops page for the latest.
The rules in brief
- Over a snapshot window, Binance repeatedly records users' BNB in Simple Earn Flexible, Locked and any On-Chain Yields products named in the announcement.
- The announcement is published after the window ends and states the snapshot period, total airdrop and distribution time.
- Each user receives a share based on their average BNB during the window, usually with a per-user cap.
- Tokens arrive in the spot wallet before listing and can be traded once the market opens.

Where to check
- Spot wallet: open Assets in the Binance app and look for the new token. Small balances can be hidden by the "hide small balances" switch — turn it off.
- Distribution history: filter the transaction history by "Distribution" to see each airdrop's token, amount and time.
- Timing: the announcement gives an approximate distribution time, usually within hours and before listing. Seeing nothing before then is normal.
Estimating your share
Your airdrop ≈ your average BNB in Simple Earn ÷ total participating BNB × total airdrop
Example (illustrative numbers): 40 million tokens are airdropped and about 20 million BNB took part, so each BNB receives about 2 tokens. With an average of 5 BNB in Simple Earn you'd get about 10 tokens.
Total participation isn't published precisely, so the practical method is to divide the amount in your distribution record by the BNB you held in Simple Earn — that per-BNB figure is a useful reference for the next round.
Past rounds and their airdrop sizes are listed in the HODLer Airdrops history.
Why you didn't receive one
- BNB wasn't in Simple Earn during the snapshot: spot, futures, funding balances and non-eligible products don't count. The announcement lists eligible products.
- The snapshot ended before the announcement: buying BNB afterwards usually misses that round.
- Your account isn't verified, or your country or region is excluded from that round.
- You exceeded the cap: holdings above the per-user cap don't count.
- It isn't distribution time yet: "before listing" doesn't mean immediately after the announcement.
- The amount is hidden by "hide small balances".
If you met every condition and nothing arrived after the distribution time, contact support in the app with the announcement link and your Simple Earn records.
How not to miss the next one
- Keep BNB in an eligible Simple Earn product long-term: snapshots happen at random times, and Simple Earn pays interest anyway.
- Flexible is usually the practical choice: you can redeem any time. Locked often pays more but can't be withdrawn early; both count.
- Get notified: follow live campaigns or subscribe to our Telegram channel and weekly email for new announcements.
Risk note
Airdrops are usually small. The main risk is BNB itself — buying BNB just for airdrops can lose more on BNB's price than the airdrop is worth. New tokens are very volatile after listing; whether to sell is your call.
FAQ
Where do I claim a HODLer Airdrop?
Nowhere — it is sent to your spot wallet automatically. Any page asking you to "connect a wallet" or enter a seed phrase is a scam.
Can I sell the airdrop as soon as it arrives?
Only once the token's market opens, at the time in the announcement. Tokens can sit in your account before trading starts.
Does BNB in Locked products count?
Eligible Flexible, Locked and certain On-Chain Yields products all count; each announcement lists them.
Does BNB in a sub-account count?
It is assessed per account, subject to each announcement. If most of your BNB is in a sub-account, check what the announcement says about sub-accounts.
